Rick Nagir

My name is Rick Nagir and I am originally from Trinidad and Tobago, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and a Master of Education in Educational Administration. Over the past 27 years, I have dedicated my career to serving students, educators, and school communities in a variety of leadership roles, including teacher, instructional coordinator, instructional specialist, assistant principal, principal, and executive director of instruction.

Throughout my career, I have remained committed to fostering academic excellence, building strong instructional systems, and supporting the growth and success of both students and staff. My experiences across multiple levels of educational leadership have strengthened my passion for developing high-performing schools and cultivating meaningful relationships within the communities I serve.

I am honored and excited to join the Baylor family, and I look forward to collaborating with students, staff, parents, and the broader community to support continued growth, achievement, and excellence.
